Who we are

Domevora is a SinoPlastix New Material product website managed by the Domevora / SinoPlastix team in Suzhou, Jiangsu, China. For any privacy question, write to us through the contact form and we will answer within one business day.

What we collect

• Quotation form details. Your name, business email, country, selected buyer type, quantity, selected model and message, plus files you choose to attach. When you submit, the enquiry may also include the source information described below.
• Files you choose to attach, such as a site photo or a drawing.
• Standard server logs kept by our web server: IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These are ordinary web-server records, not a profile.

We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell data, and we do not build marketing profiles.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to answer your request, recommend a configuration, prepare a quotation, arrange delivery where requested and keep a record of the quotation. Website-usage and source information helps us understand which pages and referral channels lead to enquiries. The legal basis and any consent requirements depend on the data and applicable law.

Who else sees it

• Our email provider. Enquiry notifications are delivered through Alibaba Cloud enterprise mail to our sales team.
• Our hosting provider, which stores the website and its database.
• Freight forwarders and carriers, but only if you ask for a landed estimate or place an order, and only the details needed to quote or ship.

Google processes website analytics data through Google Analytics 4. We do not intentionally send the names, email addresses or message text from quotation forms to Analytics; enquiry notifications and website storage use the providers listed above. We do not pass enquiry details to advertising networks or data brokers.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become orders are kept for 24 months and then deleted. Orders are kept for as long as tax and export records require. Server logs are kept for 90 days.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form with the address you used and we will act within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority; if you are in California you may request disclosure and deletion under the CCPA. Asking us to delete your data will not affect any price you were already quoted.

Cookies

This site uses first-party source cookies, cel_ft and cel_lt, for up to 30 days. They record the first visit and most recent external or campaign-tagged visit: referring hostname, UTM source/medium/campaign, landing-page path and time. They do not store the full referring URL or arbitrary query parameters. If you submit an enquiry, the source record is attached to it; missing or blocked cookies can leave the source unknown or direct. Browser settings let you block or delete these cookies.

Google Analytics 4 is also installed to measure page usage, interactions and successful form events. It may use first-party analytics cookies; see Google’s explanation of GA4 cookies. WordPress may set administration session cookies for staff who log in.
