Domevora is the dome division of Plastura, a certified polycarbonate manufacturer in Suzhou, China — factory-direct, project-supported. We make, test and ship the complete dome kit from our own factory, and work with project teams on configuration, production evidence, export documentation, replacement parts and installation guidance.
Who we are
A manufacturer, not a trading company.
Legal entity: Plastura. Domevora is the dome division of the company. The factory in Suzhou has been operating since 2016, with around 40,000 m² of production space and six polycarbonate sheet extrusion lines.
Buyers work directly with the manufacturing team — the same people who produce the sheet, form the panels, assemble the kit and prepare the export documentation. We supply to hospitality, dining, event and garden projects in 50+ countries.
Manufacturing
What happens inside the factory.
Sheet production
Solid polycarbonate sheet is produced on our own extrusion lines, with co-extruded UV protection on both faces. The material is solid Bayer polycarbonate.
Panel forming & CNC
Curved shell panels are formed to the model geometry; openings, edge profiles and fixings are finished to the drawing set for each model.
Trial assembly
Each production batch is trial-assembled before packing so fit and sealing are verified while the parts are still in the factory.
Inspection & packing
Panels are inspected for optical quality and edge condition, then packed as a labelled modular kit in assembly order with a packing list.
Capacity & lead time
Realistic scheduling, confirmed per order.
Normal monthly capacity and current lead time range are confirmed per order. Production is scheduled in batches; multi-unit projects are phased so the opening sequence, spares and shipping can be planned together.
Capacity figures are quoted for the specific order and production window. We do not publish theoretical maximum capacity, because it does not tell a buyer what their delivery date will be.

Certification
Quality systems, stated precisely.
Plastura operates under IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 quality-management systems. Certificates and specification documents are available on request for project review.
A quality-management certification is not the same as a building approval, a fire approval or a structural certification for an installed structure. Local planning, structural, fire, electrical and hospitality approvals are confirmed by local professionals and authorities for each project site.
Traceability
Every order can be traced back to the batch.
Order records
Each order keeps its production records, inspection evidence and packing list, so a component can be identified by its part number.
Replacement parts
The dome is modular. Replacement panels and spare parts are identified from the packing list and order records, then produced or dispatched against the model configuration.
Warranty continuity
The 10-year shell warranty covers optical performance under stated conditions. Warranty terms and exclusions are set out in the purchase agreement.

Common pitfalls
What project teams should check with any dome supplier.
- Price without engineering boundary. A low shell price means little until anchoring, foundation and site conditions are on the table.
- No spare-parts policy. Confirm how a damaged panel is identified and replaced before you order, not after delivery.
- No traceability. If the supplier cannot identify a component from the packing list, warranty and spares become guesswork.
- Certification confusion. A quality-system certificate is not a building or fire approval for an installed structure.
- Sample ≠ serial production. Confirm that the production batch matches the reviewed configuration, not just the marketing sample.
Questions buyers ask us
Can you provide your certificates and product documents?
Yes. IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 certificates, product specification documents and available material data are supplied on request for project review. Final structural and local compliance is confirmed by the project’s local engineer and authorities.
What is your current lead time?
Lead time is confirmed per order and depends on the model, quantity and current production schedule. Send the unit count, configuration and target opening date for a written confirmation.
Do you support OEM / private label?
OEM and private-label boundaries are defined per project. Contact us with your programme, volumes and branding requirements so the scope can be confirmed in writing.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Single units are sold. Two or more units move to distributor pricing. Multi-unit projects are scheduled and phased as one programme.
Can we visit the factory?
Factory visits are arranged for confirmed project reviews. Alternatively, production evidence — photos, trial-assembly records and inspection updates — can be supplied during production.
How are warranty claims handled?
Claims follow the process in the purchase agreement: contact us with the order reference, dated photos and part numbers from the packing list. Where a panel is covered, the modular shell allows replacement of the affected component.
