Domevora dome project documentation for permit review

Commercial Dome Project Documents: What Is Available, What Is Local

Which documents Domevora can provide for a dome project, which are supplied after order, and which are completed by local professionals and authorities. A clear document matrix prevents permit surprises.

The principle

Know the document boundary before you order.

Every project needs a mix of supplier documents, project-specific documents and local approvals. Domevora provides product-level documentation from the factory; structural calculations for the stated configuration on request; and the buyer’s local team completes foundation design, planning and compliance.

Ask for the document list in writing with your quotation, so nothing depends on memory at permit time.

Document matrix

Who provides what.

Document Available now After order Local
Product datasheet (dimensions, materials, weights)
Material TDS (polycarbonate sheet)
Assembly drawing / installation guide
IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 certificates On request
Material fire data (B1 / GB 50222-95) On request
Structural calculations For stated model, anchoring and site
Foundation design Local professional
Planning approval Local authority
Fire / building compliance Local authority
Electrical permit Local authority
Hospitality licence Local authority

A quality-management certificate (IATF 16949 / ISO 9001) is not a building, fire or structural approval for an installed structure. Confirm which documents your jurisdiction requires with the local engineer and authority.

Permit package

Build the package in three steps.

  1. Collect supplier documents. Datasheet, TDS, assembly guide and certificates (on request) cover the product layer.
  2. Commission project engineering. Structural calculations for the stated model, anchoring and site — provided on request for review by the local engineer.
  3. Confirm local scope. Foundation design, planning, fire, electrical and hospitality approvals are completed locally for the site.

Questions buyers ask us

Can you provide structural calculations for permits?

Structural calculations are provided on request for the stated model, anchoring and site conditions. They support, but do not replace, the local engineer’s review and local code compliance.

Do you provide fire certificates?

Material fire data (B1 flame retardant, GB 50222-95) is available on request. Fire performance of the complete installed structure depends on configuration and local requirements, and is confirmed locally.

What export documents do you provide?

Commercial invoice, packing list and available product documentation are prepared for the confirmed shipment and destination. Import duty and customs compliance are handled at the destination.

What do we need a local engineer for?

Foundation design, local structural review, planning, fire, electrical and hospitality approvals all depend on the site and jurisdiction. Domevora provides product data; the local engineer and authorities confirm the site work.
