Resort Dome Buying Guide: Rooms, Bathrooms & the Opening Plan
What a resort operator should decide before ordering dome rooms: unit mix, bathroom zoning, housekeeping, climate configuration, phasing and the total project scope from shell to opening.
Start with the stay
Design the room before you choose the diameter.
Confirm what guests are booking: couples’ rooms, family stays or premium suites. Sleeping, bathroom and luggage zones come first; the model follows. A 5.0 m dome gives 19.6 m² and starts at US$2,167 EX-WORKS; a 6.0 m gives 28.3 m² from US$2,682.
The number that decides it: a glamping pod is a room, so price it like one. Worked revenue arithmetic is illustrative — your rates, occupancy and costs decide the real numbers.

With the right configuration — ventilation, shade or solar-control shell, and where needed client-supplied HVAC — the dome can operate through the seasons. Operating limits are project-specific.

How many domes fit in a container?
Container loading quantity depends on the model. Ask for your chosen model before fixing the phase count — it usually changes the plan.
What do we provide locally?
Foundation and deck design, groundworks, utilities, interior fit-out, bathroom works, HVAC installation and all local permits and approvals.
